Who Are We? Chi Delta Sorority!

We are the lovely ladies in green, empowering women since 1989. We are the X triangles and we hope you get to know us! We are classy, we are different, and catty is below us. Chi Delta is one of four sororities at Doane University which is located in Crete, Nebraska. Marching with pride, hand in hand, heart to heart, we Chi Delts can be found all around campus in almost 40 different clubs/student organizations and studying over 20 different majors/minors. We strive to achieve high academic standards while also fostering a sisterhood build on inclusivity and diversity. All of us are involved in so many diverse things, but we still love each other and our sisterhood just the same and still show up for each other no matter what!

Scholarship

In Chi Delta Sorority we pride ourselves on prioritizing our academics. Our minimum GPA requirement is 3.0 and we hold our members to high academic standards while also providing assistance when it's needed.

Sisterhood

Above all else, we in Chi Delta love our sisterhood with all of our hearts, souls, and minds. We are always there for each other in the best of times and the worst of times. We also enjoy showing up for each other often.

Service

Our commitment to serving our community closely aligns with our values as a group. Throughout the year we in Chi Delta participate in many different service projects. More info under the "Events" tab.

Announcements

  • This past spring we welcomed 18 new members into PC '26! Welcome to The Pride <3

  • At the 2026 SLRSTA Awards, Chi Delta took home "Outstanding Campus Event" for No Means November, "Outstanding Sorority Advisor" awarded to Michelle Faltin, and for the first time ever "Sorority New Member of the Year" was awarded to Elizabeth Stratton of PC '26. Many other Chi Delts were also awarded this night in other areas such as, "Emerging Leaders 2025-2026" awarded to Keiran Bray of PC '26 and Ashton Thoms of PC '25, and the "Tiger Mentorship Endurance Award" awarded to Avani Zephier-Wilkie of PC '26.
